| Cooking Cambodian-Style |
Cambodian cuisine has absolutely nothing to envy from countries around the region like Thailand and Vietnam, which offer culinary delights of an excellent reputation. This is one of the important secrets of world cuisine that asks to be discovered! It is peculiar that many people have already sampled Khmer cuisine in their own country without being aware of it as many ‘Thai’ or ‘Vietnamese’ restaurants offer dishes which are in reality of Cambodian origin. As Cambodia’s image continues to improve, it leaves no doubt that the number of Cambodian restaurants abroad will grow. For those who would like to know more about what is on their plate, Hanuman Tourism – Voyages offers various introductory courses to local cuisine in Sihanoukville in order to allow you to cook Cambodian dishes once back in your home country. |
