Sapa - Ban Ho
Starting at 8am we glide 30Km downhill from Sa Pa through the stunning Muong Hoa valley, through Lao Chai and Ta Van Villages of the H’mong and Dzao people. A short distance from Ban Ho village in Su Pan, we enjoy a savoury lunch in the local house of the very friendly Tay hill tribe. After lunch, trek 4Km around the Ban Ho village and visit La Vie waterfall to have a refreshing swim. A jeep picks us up back to Sapa.
