DAY 2: Kratie to Mondulkiri
Leaving Kratie, we drive south through Chhlong, a small town with a fine architectural legacy from the French, and then east to Sen Monorom, capital of Mondolkiri. After a long and stunning drive through remote forests, we enjoy dinner and overnight in Mondulkiri.

DAY 3: Exploring Mondulkiri
Today we take it easy to recover from the long journey, exploring the small town of Sen Monorom visiting a local meditation centre, a weaving centre and a waterfall that doubles up as the local swimming pool. Dinner and overnight in Sen Monorom.

DAY 4: Bou Sra Waterfall and Minority Villages
We visit Bou Sra Waterfall, one of the largest in Cambodia, stopping to enjoy minority villages along the way. After a picnic at the waterfall, we explore the forest around the two-tier waterfall. Later, we return to Sen Monorom for dinner and overnight.

DAY 5: Elephant ride to Pnong Village
We visit a Pnong village, the largest minority group in Mondolkiri. We ride an elephant through the forest to take in the unique scenery of this remote, windswept province. We return to Sen Monorom for dinner and overnight.

DAY 6: Mondolkiri to Kompong Cham
Leaving Mondolkiri, we head west to Kompong Cham through the forests of eastern Cambodia. After lunch in Memot, we visit the rubber plantation of Chup. We cross the first bridge across the Mekong in Cambodia for dinner and overnight in Kompong Cham.

DAY 7: Kompong Cham to Phnom Penh
In the morning, we visit the unique Angkorian temple of Wat Nokor, a modern pagoda set within the walls of a 12th century religious building. After a brief visit to the sacred hills of Phnom Pros and Phnom Srei we return to Phnom Penh where the tour ends.
